First impressions: Bathmate Hydromax X40

As it is Masturbation May. And although the Bathmate Hydromax X40 isn’t a masturbator as such, I was offered to test and review it by Bathmate. The Bathmate Hydromax X40 is known for being one of the best pumps on the market, and so, although I have never used a penispump before, I was eager to test it.

As I said before, pumping hasn’t been something I’ve done before. Mostly because I have always been very content with my body and well my cocksize isn’t a very big concern to me. But as many people do indeed practice pumping and are raving about the experience and indeed the sensation I was curious to try it anyway.

Unboxing

When the very discreetly packaged pump arrived, I removed the outer box and was surprised by the elegance the actual package displayed. You immediately get the feeling that you bought something worthwhile. The Bathmate Hydromax X40 is rather large, not unlike the box it ships in. The Bathmate pumps set themselves apart from other more conventional pumps by using the power of water instead of normal air vacuum.

Basic physics teaches us that the pressure balance is more level when using water as opposed to normal air vacuum. And so, should lead to more level and healthy results. The very to the point manual gives you a clear idea about the do’s and don’ts, but seems rather too much to the point. At least it gives me the feeling that I can start safely using it. Inside of the Bathmate Hydromax X40 there is a comfort sleeve that should make the experience even more pleasant.

The Bathmate Hydromax X40 is a very elegant thing to behold, despite its behemoth size. Mine is a very pretty blue, but they are also available in red and “white”.

 

Dear diary

As you are accustomed to, my reviews and those of Tess’are honest, clear, and very direct. As the manual states that for best result you should use the pump for at least six weeks, I will endeavour to post an update on a regular basis. These updates will be short diary entries.

 

Day 1:

It’s a day that we receive a lot of parcels, one of those parcels contains the Bathmate Hydromax X40, the box is rather large, and so is Bathmate Hydromax X40 contained within.
Around 14:00 I can’t control my need for reviewing anymore and I head to the shower with the Bathmate Hydromax X40 in tow. And so my first test starts. Basing myself on the manual and with a clean slate I start my pumping adventures.

First impressions:

• It’s rather large and heavy
• Holy! This thing sucks! (Hard, on your dick!)

Day 2:

According to the manual it’s important to pump every day, or at least once every two days. As I usually only shower once a day and I need warm water for accurate results I have decided to pump during my early morning shower. This effectively means I am pumping my cock at 7 am, but at least it wakes you up properly!

Second impressions:

• It feels more intense wihthout the comfort sleeve
• Maybe I should read up on this subject on the internet
• I do notice a difference right away

Day 3:

• Apparently, it is something you need to get used to, restarted using the comfort insert
